Remove clicks when cutting and joining video

Hi There,

I'm using MEP 2016+ and need a little help.

Ive cut a video, part one is on one track, I have put in a transition on the track below, and the final paty of the video is on the track below.

My problem is where the I've cut the video there is a loud click where the videos join. Any and all help is appreciated.

Which transition did you use?

Check that there is not a 1 frame gap or overlap between the objects - you will need to zoom in to see these if there are any.

Can you post a screen shot of the timeline where one of these clicks occur ?  Crop to show a few seconds before and after the click location - zoom in before taking the screenshot to make the image clear.
