NOTE: TO update to 16.0 you will need to re-download Designer Pro, as there is no auto-update. You can un-install your current version or run it alongside if you prefer, and it uses the same serial number

The best way to answer your question is to try to buy using the upgrade option. You need to login with your registered account for which you have the Xara Web Designer program registered, and then you will be allowed (or not) to purchase your upgrade.
