Reinstalled, purchased instruments are gone.

Hey, so I got a new PC and had to reinstall MMM (2017) because it wasn't reading off of my old hard drive. But now all of the instruments I purchased are missing. Is there a place I can prove I purchased them and reinstall for free? I'm really not interested in dropping 30 bucks per instrument on ones I already own.

Are you using the MM2017 or the new one?

If you use the new MM: Do you still have your old mails with order confirmation and serial numbers? You can send them to infoservice@magix.net and they should give you coupon codes to buy your instruments back for free.

Here was a user some days ago that had the same problem and this it how they solved it.

If you use the old one: Do you still have the installers you downloaded in the past? Just reinstall them and enter your serial number.
