reinstall software please

I purchase this software for my son with autism and he was having trouble with the software going to slow so he uninstalled it and I am having trouble reinstalling it. The site is not reconginsing the product serial # I have written and I am at wits end! I purchased Vegas Edit. I need help please.Please contact me at my email address!!

@Vivian-Haug Hello! Here in this forum are only users like you. You usually need only enter the P3 serial number and the customer e-mail address to unlock the product. Make sure to use exactly the same e-mail address that was used to install the software the first time.
