Reinstall

ACL 2014 was installed on previous platform (Dell, Win10) which died. New platform Asus m/b and fresh install of Windows 10.

When I enter my P3 number it is not accepted. I tried on website but it tells me the number is already in use. I can't get any useful support via telephone or website, can someone help please?
