Did you include the P- in the code when registering?

It needs to be included. Best to copy and paste the whole thing.

Note the green check by the S/N in the picture. Also, copy/paste will not let the 'P' get copied as it is already at the start. Thanks for the suggestion.

@George-Maccrone It looks like you entered a valid serial number, but for the wrong product. Please enter your serial number here again: https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ This site will give you the download link for the correct product.

The email you should have received will allow you to copy and then paste the P3- section of the serial number along with the download page for the correct version of the program.

This is a thread about Magix Movie Studio. It is poor etiquette to try to hijack someone else's thread. Start your own if you can figure out which product you actually have. Sonic Forge is not a Magix product; Sound Forge Pro or Sound Forge Audio Studio, perhaps?

Writing in all capitals is considered as shouting. Please refrain from doing so.
