I need to install the software on a new computer. When I tried to register the software. I received an error that the serial number was already used. I tried an old email that I no longer have access to, but received the same error. How do I update the email address on file so I can complete the registration? I am using Windows 10.

You can go to Magix Service Centre here, click on user data and update email address.

In addition to @PATIENT-X's comment.

While in your account, under My products you should see your activated version of Photo & Graphic Designer with 2 activation slots, if both are used then you may need to de-activate the old PC installation, before activating on the new PC.
