@alehator Are you getting a specific error message?

Be aware this is just a user forum. We are all users like you. No Magix staff is active here.

You can deactivate Sound Forge in the 'Help' menu: "Deactivate the software on this PC", or it can be done online in the "Magix Service Center> My Products".
- Log in to your Magix account
- Click on "My products".
- Select the product from the list and click on "Show more details".
- Click  "Deactivate" for the pertinent PC
The online procedure allows a deactivation once-a-month, it is unlimited via the software
I am not sure if the '365' subscription version can deactivated in the software but it can be done online. The procedure is basically the same

With the perpetual version, one Sound Forge license allows activation on (2) PCs simultaneously (for instance, your desktop and laptop), If SF is wanted on an alternate PC, one of two current activations would need to be deactivated and then re-activated on the alternate PC.
The '365' subscription versions can only be activated on one (1) PC at a time.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @alehator.
