@Alex-Matthews Have you tried an "easy" password with just simple characters like numbers and letters? I know some other softwares that have problems to send the correct characters to the license servers if they are special regional characters (for example umlauts like ä, ö, ü) and will then tell that the password is incorrect even if it isn't,
