Registration

We purchased Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 online and downloaded it. We then installed it and registered it with the office manager's email. It installed fine but now, with the user logged in it won't open files and says the email address is wrong. Error -24. Do we need to register it to the end user? If so how do we change the 'owner' of the software as there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it from an account.

"The majority of cases this is simply a typo in the email address. If you believe the email address to be correct, please contact Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues with your serial number and can ID what email address is registered"
Sound Forge, Vegas most other Magix software, can be activated and used on a maximum of two (2) PCs simultaneously. The registered email must be used when activating, deactivating) and/or logging into your Magix account. The email address is not necessary each time SF is launched after activation on a particular PC. SF can be installed on multiple PC but activated on only two. Deactivating one and activating on another can be done on-line (once a month) or in the application (no limit). The above does not apply to '365' subscription versions.
