I purchased your product from Best buy on 11\6\2022 and had problems downloading it. I have a voucher for the product that was inside the box but no serial number on the outside or inside of the box. I do have my receipt of purchase from BestBuy. Can you tell me where on the box where the serial number would be, there was no disc inside of the box also.
