Just bought samplitude 2015 of eBay DVD and serial as almost new and when I try to register it states already registered and will not continue even after a perfect installation

I am already a registered user of music maker live

I assume by 'almost new', and given it is the 2015 version, the product has been registered and used by the seller.

If this is the case then the seller must email at infoservice@magix.net to have Samplititude de-registered from their account.
