Registered Vegas Pro 19 Requires Activation Key Every Time I Use It

For the last month, my Vegas Pro 19 consistently requires me to enter the activation key every time I turn it on. I fully paid for the product and didn't understand this requirement. This started when I did a trial for the Boris Sapphire OFX product but the trial is over, yet I continue having to enter the serial number for my product.

The problem it's caused recently is, when our cable went out in the area, I could not continue editing a video because I needed to be verified with an activation key. Is this normal? Thanks for your time in advance.
