videotee,

I don't know if the is an 'official' list somewhere, but from memory...

MOK is a file that specifies points for a single type of keyframe animation -- an 'effect curve'. Many keyframe options use several effects together like size and position and perhaps rotation. The data for the combined effect is saved as an IFX file. MEP includes many presets and you can save your own.

The BAK0.MV... files are backups of projects that are automatically created. The frequency of saves is listed under the program settings.

AVD and HDP are files used by the program. They are created when a video clip is inserted into a project. If they are deleted, new ones will be created the next time the project is loaded.

Hope this helps,

Carl

Dear Carl, Thanks for the information.  Do you know which may be deleted at the end of a project?
