Refund request is not replied

Hi,

I bought the Samplitude X5 Suite on 29th April, having multiple crashes and strange error messages I decided to ask for a refund.

It's been less than a week since I bought the software, I tried to contact several MAgix departments ( including shop@magix.net ) asking for a refund.

I haven't received a single response yet.

This is truly annoying and I would like the confirmation of the refund ASAP.

For those who are to buy the software, be aware of the situation. I'll keep updates here.

Germany is in lockdown, therefore most employees of Magix should work from home which could cause delays. And today is a holiday in Germany, so I think you should just wait until next week for a response.

@ghanedan

Hi

If you have not done so follow the procedure for a refund here - uses the 'Do you wish to contact sales' option and follow through the dialogs.

I've asked via mail, because the EUA clearly states that one has to e-mail shop@magix.net directly to ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase. I've sent them several e-mails, and now I also tried @johnebaker 's advice.

As of now, still no response.

But the thing is, I purchased this from the same people and they responded my e-mails within a day during the sales process. They should also do so during the refund process.

Got the refund; they say it was due to the circumstances.
