Refund Please

I'm trying to get in contact with an actual rep from this company but it seems to be quite the challenge. I would like a refund for my recent upgrade to Sound Forge Pro Mac 3, as it won't run on my computer (as I've now seen with several other Mac users) and is of no use to me. Any recommendations or Magix reps on this thread? I find it funny that the site appears to give you the option to either ask the community or support and then just directs you to the community either way. Keep up the good work Magix...

@jomosk8 No Magix staff here. Only users like you. You can contact support, but you didn't follow the right steps and clicked on a solution from the forum. That is why you were directed here.

But you can contact shop@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net for a refund.

SP. thank you for providing those email addresses. I went back through and tried again with no luck still. It's very possible I'm missing something but I don't usually have this much trouble navigating websites lol. Either way, doesn't matter. Thanks for sending again!
