Refund of product ASAP

I already read the cancellation form and did it and sent it to email.
And I got a reply stating:

Unfortunately we have to inform you that we are unable to cancel your purchase.

All technical requirements are communicated on the product site. If there are any technical problems, we will be pleased to send your request to our technical support.

We hope for your understanding.

Please I need help.
Product: VEGAS Movie Studio Platinum

 

It’s been freezing and not responding while editing.
 

I already did the cancellation form policy thing and got a response. Need assistance ASAP.

Why are you posting here again?

You were previously advised, by me, that this is NOT the Vegas products forum. I also gave you the link to the Magix page about the company's cancellation policy, which you have clearly followed and completed and submitted the required form. You now have Magix' reply that you are not entitled to a refund.

I am sorry about your situation but there is nothing anyone here can do to help you, sorry. You can consider emailing infoservice@magix.net and ask that they reconsider their decision but I would think it doubtful that this will change the situation.

Since there is no point in leaving this thread open because, as I said, no-one here can help you, it will now be closed.
