  I am writing to request a refund for the purchase of Sony Vegas21, which I bought on 6/2/2024.

I am not satisfied with the program because it is difficult to use and sometimes it crashes.Also I didn’t know that I have to install plugins to make transition in my edit I can’t afford plugins because it’s cost too much I would like to get refund on Sony vegas as fast as possible
