Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I am not at all sure what an explanation plugins pack is but refunds are subject to Magix' Terms and Conditions, which can vary depending upon which area of the world you live.

Assuming you bought the product very recently you should apply for a refund by email to infoservice@magix.net, giving full details of your purchase and why you are requesting a refund. And no, there is no 24hr customer service, all support is via this forum or, for more technical questions, via the Support header in any forum page.

I PURCHASED MAGIX 2022 LAST YEAR IN THE END OF SUMMER BUT BY DECEMBER OF 2022 I PURCHASED MAGIX 2023 AND IT REMOVED MY PROGAM THAT I PAID FOR FOR A MUSIC STORE ONLINE, NOW THE PROGRAM GOT SO MANY GLITCHES IT WILL NOT WORK RIGHT THE MUSIC IS DRAGGING AND THEN THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PURCHASE EXTRA TRACKS AND I DID NOW IEACH ONE OF THE SONGS I DID WON'T STOP ECHOING ACROSS ALL THE SONG I CREATED AND EVEN NEW ONES... I'M DONE I JUST WANT THEM TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND PUT THE PROGRAM/SOFTWARE YOU REMOVED IT WAS WORKING SO MUCH BETTER, THE APP STORE IS FILLED WITH GLITCHES EVEN IT IS VERY SLOW MOVING AND ALL THIS HAPPENED AFTER I PAID FOR SOUND FORGE...PLEASE HELP I DON'T WANT THIS ANYMORE I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK I SPENT ON THIS PRODUCTHAT WON'T WORK PLEASE HELP!!!!

You are outside the refund period as specified in the Magix Terms & Conditions however you can try contacting Magix as detailed in the post directly above yours, alternatively if you want to go back to the previous version, ask for a link to the download and install this.

You say not to shout!!. Maybe they had enough of poor service and poor Advice. Maybe, just maybe SHOUTING IS A VALID OPTION at the time of typing .IT can be very depressing having a product that was once a productivity gem,Years without a glitch, then new year new update a Paid Update that fails to deliver any useable minutes hours of creativity.

SO MAYBE SHOUTING SOMETIME IS ALL YOU CAN DO../

Hi I purchased magix movie studio from Best Buy. I started the download and it did download 2 audio editing programs but it did not install the video editor I actually bought!!! I try to download load again and it says serial number is already used!?!? I have no use for Audio editing software. I bought this for video editing. So frustrating not to be able to phone and talk to someone about this. Hopefully this forum will help…

@Byron-Krafczyk The installers are saved in the folder C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager You can run them manually. Not sure if you are talking about a voucher code (which can only be used once) or the serial number (starting with P3). After using the voucher code have you gotten an e-mail with all serial numbers and instructions?
