I upgraded to Soundforge 16 a week ago. It was a painful process, losing all my settings and preferences from the previous version.

It seems to have many glitches and bugs, one of which makes it completely unusable. It can no longer save .wav files as mono MP3. It simply hangs the programme. I've seen this noted on support forums from a few months ago, but there is no solution.

I've tried the support process which is frustratingly convoluted and seems aimed to hide from users with actual issues.

Given the above experience, I want to stop using SoundForge completely and get a refund on the upgrade fee.

How can I do this?
