@kelli-g

Hello, Welcome

First of all please remove your duplicate post.

Please remove your contact number as you have revealed it to hundreds of members in a user to user forum.

This forum is for user to user interaction so I doubt whether anyone here can help you directly.

There are no Magix employees or sales team here.

Please contact Magix and contact your bank in case it's a fraud issue.

@kelli-g

As @PATIENT-X says, these are user to user forums. No-one here is a Magix employee so no-one here can help you.

I have removed your telephone number from your post since, as you were told, it is most definitely not a good idea to post it to any public forum like this one.

Your duplicate post has now been hidden. Why did you post twice?

The circumstances of your question do seem to indicate potentially some kind of fraud; as advised, you need to contact your bank for the full details of the transaction. Once you have those and should you need then to contact Magix customer service, you should email infoservice@magix.net.

This thread will be closed.
