@yusef-scott

Hi and welcome to the forum.

See this tutorial, although it is for Magix Music Maker (MMM) 2021 it is valid for MMM 2022.

Note: check what comes with the program first as once a credit is redeemed for a Soundpool or Instrument you cannot change your mind for another Soundpool/Instrument.

@johnebaker hello, when trying to redeem it’s the full price still and is not allowing me to claim them

Hi,

In the Soundpools tab, click on the credits button at the bottom of the page to see what you can purchase with the credits. I suggest using the credits for the most expensive Soundpools first, before purchasing any others.

The same applies to instruments. Click on the credits for instruments and you'll see only those available for purchase using the credits. Not all instruments are available as some are by third parties and cannot be purchased using credits. When you are in the details of an instrument, read the details and you'll see if the instrument is not available for purchase using credits.

Are you logged into your account in the program?

@yusef-scott

The price is always shown in the Store. It should disappear from the purchase screen when you try to purchase, not before. You should see that the price goes to 0.

Same Problem. My Price does not go to zero it says the same, have clicked everything but the buy now button because it still shows the price of the item. The redeem coupon option still shows, implying to me the credit is not auto applying as the coupon.

James-Gledhill wrote on 11/11/2021, 8:12 AM

I'm having the exact same problem, I have credits to redeem as part of my package, I cannot find how to use them in the latest version of music maker. Very frustrating :(

Graham-Hawker wrote on 11/11/2021, 10:59 AM

Download an older version, use the credits there and then the things you've used the credits for will be available in the latest version.

I think this is version 2020:
