Redeem Coupon

Aiden-Deighton wrote on 5/9/2021, 10:13 AM

I wanted to redeem my coupon of $20 by buying multiple soundpools on Producer Planet. I was not able to select multiple soundpools because you immediately have to pay when you have selected one. So I bought one soundpool of $10, which means I have still $10 left. After this I wanted to buy another one for $10, but then I got the message "This coupon code has already been redeemed." Can someone please help me?

@Aiden-Deighton It's a one time coupon and not a credit. Just get another one on Humble Bundle for $1. And the next time get something for $20 instead $10.

Hi,

This was discussed 2 days ago. Look for the thread titled Producer Planet Issues.

When you redeem a voucher, it cannot be done twice.

It would help if they implemented a proper basket system. Why should coupon holders be penalised because of the sloppy web design.

@Kris-Green I would guess it is designed this way to get more money from the customer. Soundpools were very cheap 15 years ago. It was possible to get 10 on one DVD for about 50€. And it was possible to use them commercially. Magix realised that many people used them in monetized videos on YouTube. Then they introduced a separate commercial license and raised the prices a lot over the years.
