Redeem a voucher code.

I purchased Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 from a third party. I have the physical installation disc, not a download. The disc came with a voucher code that I'm supposed to use to receive the serial number. Whoever, I can't find where to enter the voucher code. I found a similar post on this forum with a link to redeem the voucher, but that link doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ich habe meinen Computer aktualisiert und die Software Magix Video Deluxe 2024 Plus Platinum entfernt. Ich versuche, die Software erneut zu installieren, und werde nach der Seriennummer gefragt, aber ich muss auf „Einlösen“ gehen und die Gutscheinnummer eingeben. Wenn ich die Gutscheinnummer oder den Gutscheincode eingebe, erhalte ich die Seriennummer nicht. Was kann ich tun?

I updated my computer and removed the Magix Video Deluxe 2024 Plus Platinum software. I am trying to install the software again and it asks me for the serial number, but I have to go to Redeem and enter the voucher number. When I enter the voucher number or voucher-code, it does not provide me with the serial number. What can I do?

Actualice mi computadora y me elimino el sofware magix video deluxe 2024 plus platinum, estoy tratando de colocar de nuevo el sofware y me solicita el numero de serie, pero que tengo que entrar a Redeem y poner el numero de voucher, cuando coloco el numero de voucher o voucher-code no me proporciona el numero de serie. Que puedo hacer,

@Roberto-Echavarria Ein Gutschein kann nur einmal eingelöst werden. Die Seriennummer findest du in deinem Kundenkonto auf Magix.com.

 

A voucher can only redeemed once. You can find your serial number in your customer account at Magix.com.

 

Un cupón solo se puede canjear una vez. Puedes encontrar el número de serie en tu cuenta de cliente en Magix.com.
