Red number on Store tab

keith-clatworthy wrote on 1/9/2018, 3:42 AM

Can someone please tell me what the red number one signifies on the Store tab within Music Maker please?
It isn't clickable and nothing appears when you hover over it.

I have 1 'Instrument', 1 'Preset Package' and 6 'More Features' still to download and so the number 1 doesn't seem to be connected to the un-downloaded content.

Version: 25.1.2.78 running on Windows 10

The number rose to 3 and now 4. What is it all about???????

Perplexing isn't it?!!

I think it refers to the number of "new" items added to the store which can be purchased by users.

Hi

The number refers to new items that have been added to the store, when you click the i button indicated in the image below, it will cancel the 'new' notification for that item.

Unfortunately you have to do this for each new item in all categories.

I read the documentation but failed to find any reference to it. Thank you for explaining this issue.

Hello johnebaker- any other ideas on how to get rid of the red number? I don't have a "i" button to click on. Thanks!

@JohnnyCasino

Hi

Clicking near a corner of the new item tile also does the same job as the i icon.
