Msray1972 wrote on 3/30/2017, 6:49 AM

Hello,

I just downloaded a newer version of Magix Music Maker and I still do not have the Red Playback Cursor that moves while the song plays so that I can make adequate cuts to a song. Also the Timer does not move either. PLEASE HELP??? This is an urgent matter. How do I enable this feature. Thanks

Hi

. . . . downloaded a newer version of Magix Music Maker . . . .

What is the Music Maker full name and version - see under Help, About . . . .

Is it patched up to date?

Please read this post

Have you tried resetting the program - File, Settings, Reset program settings . . . . then restart the computer - select Restart not shutdown.

Hi,

Try to update to the latest patch. There was one just issued.

Does the problem still occur when you exit and re-open MusicMaker with a new project?

Is the yellow bar extended across the top of the arranger?

Hey How do I update the latest patch? Yes the problem still occurs when I exit and re open and yes the yellow bar is extended across. When the song starts the timer doesn't move and neither will the cursor? Help please

Morning, I reset and restarted everything and I was able to get the Cursor and Time to move so thanks for that help but now when I export my cut song into an mp3 it saves to my Windows Media but its a bad file. I cannot play the song that I just cut. What do I do now?
