I factory reset my phone go back to the mmj app only to be forced to create a new account with same name and still all my mix packs are gone and i have to start over. Iv emailed support a few times asking for help. Im not complaining because i love the app. I would like my money back in beat coins or my mix packs back or transferred to my new profile. My origional profile is still in the community but i cant use it. O know everything is saved to the cloud. How do i get to ybe cloud so i can prove its me? And use my profile with all my mix packs.?
