Recording VST problem

When I record an instrument and do the playback, I hear another unknown instrument playing. No matter what VST I use, when I do the playback I hear this organ playing back..

@Russ-Hansen How is your project set up? Have you used an organ instrument in your project?

Is this a midi out routing problem? It's as if it is also routing to a basic GM soundset somewhere on you're computer.
