As requested in your previous post, you need to provide more information about your computer and program version as detailed in this topic.

Also we need to know how you are setting up the instrument for recording and are you using the computer keyboard or an external MIDI controller to play the instrument.

I would also suggest you view this tutorial which includes how to use the instruments, the principles are tha same for all later versions and some earlier versions of Music Maker.
