Magix has an excellent product called "Audio Cleaning Lab" for this purpose:

Of course this also requires that you have suitable sound hardware in your system that supports the recording of analog, line-level, stereo signals (record player signal would have to be pre-amplified). A lot of basic audio hardware will offer the line-in socket. However, if quality is important to you, you might want to invest in some dedicated sound hardware with decent analog-digital converters.
