Received 2 soundpools instead of 3 and 1 collection on 2020 Premium

I've been buying Plus and Premium Magix since Edition 2016. Every time I installed and downloaded the advertized content, I got what was described on the box. At Magix 2020 Plus, I received as advertized but when I installed Magix 2020 Premium, it only allowed me 2 soundpools 3 VST Instruments and 1 Tiny Instrument,.. The box says 3 soundpools, 1 collection, 8 VST instruments and 9 feature packs,.. The accumulated number of Feature packs is more than enough but there are no more to download,.. I did the math and what is missing from premium is what I got with Plus. Any ideas people?

@David-Woolner Are you still using version 2020 or did you install an upgrade to 2021 or 2022? Your coupons only work in version 2020. So you need to install it again.

My 2020 Premium did upgrade but the missing Soundpools and instruments failed to appear before the 'update to 2022 patch' I will have a look on 'My Profile' and see what can be done there anyway.. Thanks.
