I recently asked about a receipt for a product - a norm for most civilized companies. I guess all Magix receipting process works in the same way so why not just provide an answer?

The purchase page on the Magix website directs me to THIS forum.

Can some human being deal with these simple requests for service?

Often, too, posts in incorrect threads are moved. To help users get the right information.

Hi Jim, and welcome to the user to user forums.

There are no Magix staff here apart from announcing update notifications.

If you had looked at your pdf manual, all the contact details are supplied in the manual. Even the Help button within the program should have directed to the correct forum for your product. MEP, VPX, Vegas, etc.

There is no-one here that can help you. You need to contact sales@magix.net via email for your request. or use the additional contact information on the Magix website. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for alternatives.

Since you mention you recently asked about a receipt for a product, although this is your first post under this current username I assume you are actually the same poster who previously created an account as @james-Taiwan.

Hi,

I always receive a receipt immediately after purchasing something from Magix, even for things that were free or paid for using coupons. It's important to provide the correct email address, and that is your responsibility.

You can contact Magix by clicking on Support at the top of this forum and following through to the end by answering correctly and scrolling to the bottom of each page to see what to do, then doing it, as Ray indicated.
