What happened is my computer rashes so I switched computers now when I try to load samplitude music maker it says I am not using the proper e mail I have the physical software I have the product key but it’s still not letting me do it it’s reading error code 24. How can I get hold a Magix set of us I have the receipt I bought this program March 8, 2020 from Best Buy. It came with Sony Vegas. I have the product key for it as well. I also a Magix before that I’m actually on three altogether. I don’t know what email to put in to get it to come back up. It’s not a associating any of my emails with that software

Error code 24 means you are trying to use the "wrong" email address. i.e., when you registered and activated the product when you first installed it you used a different email address to the one you are now trying to use.

These are user to user forums so no-one who posts here can offer you any advice other than what @SP. wrote, to email infoservice@magix.net with as much detail about your original purchase as you can remember and ask for their help in accessing your account.

I assume you cannot access your Magix account?
