reactivating the product

Good morning....
I have the full commercial version of the program: Magix Independence Acoustic & Electric Guitars. Serial No .: Removed by moderator and the purchase date of this program is 2019.
I use this program from time to time, which is not often.
Yesterday I installed the program but I can't run the instruments, because according to the Acoustic program ......
the limit of allowed activation and registration of this program has been reached.
Please re-activate and register the Acoustic program .......;

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one here can reactivate your product.

Also, you should never post here any confidential data, like your serial number, because this is a public forum. To do so is to risk your software being hijacked. Hence I have removed the number from your post.

However, you can do this reactivation yourself! Go to your account, log in, go to My products, find the listing for the Magix Independence software you have. Deactivate any installation listed that you no longer use. Then try again to activate the software on your computer.
