Re-registration each time product is started

I recently re-installed my Magix Movie Pro Premium after a glitch occurred on my computer. After registering, the product worked fine. But after closing the product and opening again, I am asked to register again and again each time I open the product. When my server is down, I am unable to open the product because of this. I am facing a difficult situation. Can someone help? I am using Windows 10 on a desktop.

@davidm-thangliana Try running it once as administrator by right clicking on the program icon. Otherwise the program might not be able to save the registration.

Try this: Go to https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/, log in, go to My products, find the listing for your software and check the number of activations currently registered on your account. Deactivate any you no longer need.

Allow a few minutes for the changes to be effected then try again to register and activate your software.

If you are still facing the same problem you will need to create a Support ticket, starting from the Support header of any forum page and then going carefully through each page, always choosing the option to Ask Support.

Hi

. . . . . When my server is down, I am unable to open the product because of this. . . . .

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

Is the software installed completely on the C:\ drive of the PC or are some components of the program installed on a server and using file/folder shares, folder links or mount points ?

A screenshot of the Program settings, Folders tab would also help.

It's all on C drive. I can successfully activate the program. But on closing it and opening it again, I am prompted to activate it again with the activation code. This happens every time I try to open the program. Before re-installing the program, I never had this problem of needing to activate the program every time I try to open it. One activation was enough. And how do I attach a screenshot here?
