Is this after updating to Windows 10?

If so then try re-installing using this procedure - at step 12, you can download your registered software at magix.com, click the My Account icon top right of the homepage, login then select My Products, there you see a download link and your serial number.

You should then be able to register / activate the program and install all the extras.

If you have not upgraded to Windows 10, then we need more details - Windows version and Music Maker version.
