If no other versions of Magix software are installed on the PC, delete the 'MAGIX' folders in AppData> Roaming and Local
"C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\"
If other Magix products exist, only delete "SOUND FORGE PRO" version number folder.
FYI, AppData files are normally hidden (system files), so you need to un-hide Windows system files first.

Alternatly, or if all else fails, you want to do a forced uninstall. I recommend a third-party uninstaller like 'Revo Uninstall' that can remove left-over registry entries and other pertinent data the OS uninstall leaves behind, which in usually the root of recurring issues
Revo Uninstall has pro and freeware versions, the free version is usually adequate, however the 'force uninstall' option is only in the pro option. The Revo Pro demo may work, but in any any case, it should not break the bank. I have been using Revo to uninstall applications for many years and Magix tech support usually recommends it as well.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @william-j1521 .
