Re-install but lost all my extra sounds

hi guys, I had to re-install my MMM 2014 and I lost all my 1000 extra sounds, how do I retrieve them??

Top menu in MMM 2014 under Help/Update Program/Download Free etc..

Thanks that helps, only one problem I don't have the installation files anymore... and i've tried to re-download them but Catooh doesn't allow me to.
