I bought Vegas Pro 14 on Amazon in 2020. I downloaded it to my PC at the time and all was great. In August of 2020 I had a house fire and lost everything. I recently purchased another PC and wanted to redownload it. I went to Amazon and downloaded the software. When I try to open it, it asks me for the serial number and email address. When input the serial number I get a green check, I then input my email address and it says "This serial number has already been registered to another email address". I log in to my Magix account and try to see what is going on. It shows no products registered. I then try to register this product and the Magix website says "This serial number has already been used, you may have already registered it and there is no reason to register it again"

Am I stuck having to buy another Vegas Pro program or is there a way I can get passed the activation? I might have used a different email address and just can't remember as it's been a year since I originally did this and a lot has happened in that year. Can I call support and get them to help me through this or what.
