Are you stating you cannot download the (dlm.exe) intitial installation file, or the unpacked "installation manager" which is sent to your "Documents> MAGIX Downloads" folder,

You are not giving much information in order for us to help you. Which version of Sound Forge 14, Audio Studio, Pro or 360? Error messages, other info? Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page.
