Re-download purchased loops.

I purchased a bunch of the loops from the online Magix while using Music Maker 17 Premium, which were downloaded onto my system hard drive into my ...*user/documents file. Well my computer crapped out on me and I just got a new one. I just re-installed Music Maker and I obviously don't have those loops anymore. How can I re-download those loop volumes, which I paid for??? There were 6 or 7 volumes I bought for $20 a pop.

Hi

Do you mean Music Maker 17 or Music Maker Premium (2017).

If you mean Music Maker Premium please use the correct name and quote the version number as found under Help, About . . . to avoid confusion with the older version.

Also please do not duplicate posts - this is a user forum not Magix support, so response times will vary depending on who is online and can help.

I would suggest you email sales at magix.com .

However for loops purchased direct from Catooh, ie for Music Maker 17, it is part of the terms and conditions that download links are available for 14 days and that you are responsible for making backups of the loops for future reinstalling and free replacements are not available.
