Dear Tech Support

After purchasing an MP3 Conversion Cassette Recorder locally from JAYCAR in LIVERPOOL NSW AUSTRALIA all AUTOMATIC attempts to install the English version of MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab 2008 SE v9.02 from the CD that came bundled with it persistently failed.    The installation attempts persistently FAILS (hangs) when the dialogue box opens up telling you to ["PLEASE WAIT, PREPARING INSTALLATION"] and this was tried on WIN XP and VISTA machines.   By experimentation, luckily I could 'Manually' install the MAGIX AC Lab via the setup_uk.exe in the Programs folder.  It seemed to install OK and I have registered, but it would be 'nice' to have an installation CD that 'works' as it is supposed to and to automatically install all the programs required as it was designed to.  Can you send me an installation CD that actually works properly or at least offer some help and guidance?????

True,

this is not Tech Support, but still a lot of good help to have. The auto installer not starting can happen for a variety of reasons, dependant upon the settings you have in both your Windows. There is nothing illegitimate about installing the way you did though, just plain common sense.  I do it every time, as who knows why a disc sometimes won't start?

What security software are you using could be an easy first question?

Anyway, as you have installed and registered it, it sounds as though you have cracked it now. You don't need

a different disc nor anything else to use it.
