Raise or lower key one full octave.

I have Magix Music Maker Pro 2021.

I have searched the table of contents and the internet for the answer, and found very little.

does anyone know how to (or if you can) raise or lower the pitch of the sound pool instruments 1 full octave?

I am putting together a score, and one of the parts has a piano.

but when you get to the key or f or g, it is so high, I have dogs begging to stop.

can anyone help me?

I'm no expert but there are seven pitches to start with so you can choose the highest one available and then pitch shift the rest of the way. In my limited experience it still sounds bad. If I wanted to do this properly I would be using Melodyne.

@Robert-Vincent9653 For MIDI objects make a right click and select MIDI transposition. Then enter -12.

For audio objekt make a right click and select Pitch & Tempo > Timestretch & Pitchshift. Then enter -12 as the pitch value and select an algorithm in the setup menu. Some algorithms work better with monophonic material, some better with polyphonic material, some use more CPU, some less. You have to test it.
