Question about "Activation Code" section on Service Center

Hello!

I have Magix Movie Edit Pro, and I tried to activate, but I got the error telling me that my code has been used too many times. (I have done a few reinstalls of my OS, so that is probably causing the error.) Anyway, since I have the product registered on my Magix account, is it possible to use the "Create Activation Code" section of the Service Center to make another key to activate with, or do I have to contact Magix directly? Either way is fine, I'm just curious. If I cannot do this, what is this "Create Activation Code" section used for?

Thanks!

Hi

. . . . do I have to contact Magix directly . . . .

Yes - drop them an email to support or sales at Magix explaining what you have done.

 . . . . Create Activation Code" section used for? . . . .

IIRC - for registering the software with another computer where the installation computer has no Internet connection.

John
