This sounds like you have accidentally turned on Anaglyph (3D) view, using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + . (full stop / period key)

Click the 'hamburger' icon top left of the Preview monitor and select Standard (2D).

The keyboard shortcut to reset to Standard (2D) is . (full stop / period key).
