Purchased new instrument it did not add to the download queue

Hello I just picked up Pop Brass with an anniversary coupon, payment went through but the instrument didn't download, tried it again with upright Bass and it added to the queue, downloaded, and installed like normal.

 

Not sure what happened but it definitely states that I own the instrument now, but also I get a Magix Vita file not found error when I try to access the instrument.

Looking into it I have checked the settings config file to confirm the path is correct, file size looks anemic - more like one of the sample instruments so that falls in line with me not seeing the instrument add to my queue for download.

Hi

Occasionally the instrument download queue gets a little confused, mainly with multiple download installs, tried downloading the Pop Brass again and check that the install window has not 'popped under' the main window, I have had this happen a couple of times.

Failing that try the following:

In the main program settings click Rescan soundpools this will reload all the soundpools installed.

If that fails reset/clean up the store - Program settings, General options tab, Clean up store then restart MMM and try the Pop brass again - you may need to log-in again.

The interesting thing is that the store itself thinks I own it fully so it doesn't give me the option to download the instrument, just to add it to a current project.

I have run both the store cleanup and the soundpool scan but the result is the same for both with the app just happily agreeing that I own the content but then yelling at me when I try to place it in a project as the files are not found.
