Purchased Acid Pro 9 and upgrade to 10 but never received serial numbe

I purchased Acid Pro 9 in February and was supposed to receive a serial number for Acid Pro 10 at the end of February. Didn't receive it, and now there is no record of my having purchased Acid Pro 9 anywhere on my account.

Did you pay with Paypal? If so, you can probably send the receipt to support so they can dig out the serial for you. But I would email them explaining regardless. Check your spam folder as well. maybe the email got dumped in there.
