So I just purchased 2022 Movie Edit Pro Premium thinking it would unlock some extra features I enjoyed in the Fastcut trial. But now I can't find fastcut anywhere after installing all the goodies that came with premium :|

Fastcut should still be there, Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2022 will only remove previous versions of itself, the 2 programs are independant of each other with no commonality of features.
Fastcut and MEP are aimed at different niches/levels in video editing, Fastcut is a simple quick video from template creator with very little control over what you get and can export, MEP is a prosumer video editor with many features, functions, import/export formats, disc creation - both DVD and Blu-Ray, and more, giving you total control over the creation process.
If you are looking for Wizard features they are there in MEP available as Movie templates or the Slideshow Maker wizard, they work differntly to Fastcut
I would suggest you read the MEP PDF manual available under Help - you may have to download this.
