Purchase gone

Hello, I can't find my purchase anymore, made in August 2020, it is a Collection: "More Tracks & Formats - Magix".
What do you advise me to do? I still have the confirmation email.

Yes but I still find it to buy. I find no way to restore the purchase. :(

@Moreno-Bragantini If there is a problem it often helps to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache.
