I have purchased VEGAS 365 two days ago. I have installed and uninstalled it three times. 

 I have send numerous feedback requests and have heard nothing back.

The program does open but closes immediately if I click on any .mp4, .mp3 or .mov files to include in my project.

it is not working!

I would like request a full refund as this program is not working at all/

Can somebody just at least confirm that I do still exist by replying.
